We traveled to Utah to help with a winter wedding and also go snowboarding! The wedding was beautiful and the snow was great too (so much better than California these days)! Take a look - we made bouquets, a dessert bar, and a hot cocoa bar!

Sometimes the whole wedding planning process can be a bit overwhelming, and we want our couples to be excited about getting married, not overwhelmed! So, we welcome them to the wonderful world of wedding planning with little gifts to get them excited. After all, since they hired us they have nothing to be worried about ;)
I didn't want to give you ALL the details, but here are some sneak peeks!

This year I had the brilliant (haha) idea of hosting Thanksgiving at my house. I decided it was about time I cleaned, cooked, and basted my first turkey, and made some mashed potatoes...and let's just say I went overboard - not only with food, but of course with decorations. I just can't help it ;)
My sisters and I prepared a turkey (thanks to youtube), made homemade mac n' cheese, mashed potatoes, baked brie, onion dip, stuffing, cranberry, bacon-wrapped asparagus, mashed cauliflower, and s'morkies (s'more cookies) and brownies for dessert. We were stuffed after the appetizers and had leftovers for days...
As for decorations, I made menus and place cards out of individual bread loaves for each seat. I DIY-ed a wood slab chalkboard, made some flower arrangements in birch vases, and my favorite - a grapevine chandelier with baby's breath.
It was gorgeous, I just wish Sariah could've joined us...but she was off on her honeymoon - that lucky girl!
Take a look!
xo,
K
